In a debut performance by Praful Hinge that would go down in the tournament’s history as the most successful first over in IPL history as Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Rajasthan Royals by 57 runs in Hyderabad on Monday.
Hinge became the first bowler to take three wickets in the first over of an IPL innings when he removed Vaibhav Sooryavanshi (golden duck), Dhruv Jurel, and Lhuan-dre Pretorius in his first over.

Heinrich Klaasen’s 26-ball 40, Nitish Kumar Reddy’s rapid 28, and Salil Arora’s 13-ball 24 not out also boosted SRH.
Abhishek Sharma attempted to go for a big shot on the opening ball of the SRH innings and danced down the wicket, but he was only able to slice off a Jofra Archer (2/37 in 4 overs) delivery, which allowed Ravi Bishnoi to finish a clean catch in the deep.

Kishan hit one into the stands over deep mid-wicket for a six after flicking Archer over short fine leg for a four.
Against Nandre Burger, Kishan cleared third man for a maximum in the following over. After hitting Sandeep Sharma over his head for a huge six, he hit Tushar Deshpande for a four through the midwicket area.
Travis Head was having trouble getting going, and his stay ended when Donovan Ferreira trapped him in the deep by RR captain Riyan Parag for a rusty 18-ball 18. Kishan, on the other hand, hit the boundaries with ease. Parag made the audacious decision to enter immediately following the powerplay, and it paid off.
Unfazed by Head’s dismissal, Kishan approached his mission with complete clarity and completed his 50 in 30 balls, hitting a massive six off leg-spinner Bishnoi over deep midwicket. Kishan’s barrage of boundaries allowed SRH to reach 100 in 10.3 overs, with Deshpande scoring 21 runs in that over.

After lofting Bishnoi over long-on for a six, Klaasen hit Archer for a four. Even though the stadium’s lights briefly went out, Kishan went on to score three consecutive boundaries off Archer to reach 91.
Going for one too many, Sandeep managed to hold onto the ball off his own bowling despite colliding with wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel after Kishan botched an effort at a pull.
