Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, the 15-year-old batting sensation, who is yet to make his senior India debut would be expected to feature in the playing XI in one of the matches. However, he will be tested by the tough English conditions where his Rajasthan Royals teammate Jofra Archer, Josh Tongue and Luke Wood are not going to make his life easier.
Shreyas Iyer had a start to his T20I captaincy with a series loss, and on this tour he would look for redemption against an experienced England side led by Harry Brook.
In the ODIs, India would be bolstered by the return of Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah, who missed the ODI series against Afghanistan, which India won 3-0.
