
Bengaluru Bulls and Puneri Paltan made history by playing the first-ever tie-breaker in both PKL and league stage history. At the Vishwanadh Sports Club in Vizag, the two teams were knotted at 32-32 until the PKL 10 Champions won 6-4 in the tie-breaker.
With nine points, Aditya Shinde was in the lead, and Gaurav Khatri received a high five. In the meantime, Ankush Rathee recorded a High Five that was unsuccessful for the Bengaluru Bulls, and Akash Shinde recorded his first Super 10 of the season.
The match got off to a quick start as Akash Shinde and Aslam Inamdar quickly secured the first two points for their teams. Puneri Paltan had a slim advantage in the first few exchanges after Aditya Shinde registered a Super Raid.
Mohd Amaan and Aslam Inamdar were eliminated in a double raid by Akash Shinde, which put the Bengaluru Bulls back on equal footing. The raider scored his 300th raid point in the PKL and kept up the good work, giving his team a two-point advantage.

With an important Super Tackle on Aditya Shine from Aashish Malik, the Bengaluru Bulls took a one-point lead. But with more than ten minutes left in the game, Aslam Inamdar made significant contributions, first on defense and then on a Do-Or-Die Raid to tie the score at 23-23.
Gurdeep’s tackle enabled Puneri Paltan to inflict an ALL OUT, giving them a one-point advantage again. Before Akash Shinde reversed the trend and recorded his Super 10, which included a two-point raid, that is. After three successful raids in the tie-breaker, neither of the two raiding units backed down, indicating that they were in control. That was before to the fourth raid, when Sachin Tanwar and Akash Shinde were eliminated, maintaining parity between the two teams. Aslam Inamdar ultimately made the difference, putting Puneri Paltan ahead before Dheeraj’s tackle gave them the victory in the PKL’s first-ever tie-break.
