Bengaluru Bulls were in good form as they crushed Jaipur Pink Panthers 47-26 in the Pro Kabaddi League at the Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium in New Delhi on Saturday.
Although Alireza Mirzaian’s Super 10 once again led the all-around effort, Yogesh’s eight points, which tied his career high, and Deepak Sankar’s High Five were equally crucial to the Bulls’ victory.
A personal milestone was also accomplished by Alireza, who ended the night with 100 PKL raid points.
The game started off well for both teams, but the Bulls gained the lead early thanks to the efforts of the entire team.
Even though Vinay gave it his best as one of the Pink Panthers’ raiders, their early skill was rewarded when the Jaipur Pink Panthers suffered an early “all out.” This meant that the Bulls led 12–8 in the opening 10 minutes.
Ali Samadi’s outstanding tackle on Aashish Malik opened the second ten minutes, but the Bulls’ defense was ahead right away. Akash Shinde earned a bonus point after Sanjay successfully tackled Nitin Kumar in a do-or-die raid.
Ali Samadi kept his team in the game by capturing Satyappa Matti in an athletic raid in the interim.
Aashish Malik provided assistance to Ali Mirzaian, who finished with 100 Raid Points in the PKL. While Deepak Sankar successfully tackled Ali Samadi in defense, his raid got Aryan Kumar out. At the conclusion of the first half, the Bulls’ all-around skill made sure they had a 18–13 lead.
