PKL: Jaipur Pink Panthers beat Bengal Warriorz to stay in top-eight race

The Jaipur Pink Panthers defeated the Bengal Warriorz 30–38 on Saturday at the Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium in Delhi, thanks to an outstanding effort by Nitin Kumar, who scored a Super 10.

Nitin Kumar scored a bonus point and executed a spectacular Super Raid to give the Jaipur Pink Panthers a three-point lead early in the game. But Devank’s spectacular two-point raid in the Bengal Warriorz’s swift response cut the deficit to 2-3.

With yet another multi-point assault, the Panthers added a few more points to their total and kept up their pace. They had a slim lead until Nitin Kumar was taken off the mat by Shivansh Thakur’s superb tackle, which allowed the Warriorz to cut the deficit to 4-5.

The Panthers subsequently took the initiative thanks to Ali Samadi, who scored after a successful raid and earned a bonus point to increase the lead to 5-8. With excellent coordination and consistency, the Jaipur Pink Panthers continued to dominate. They had a commanding 7–12 advantage by the time the Strategic Time Out was called in the first half.

Deepanshu Khatri’s outstanding tackle to score another point for his team gave the Jaipur Pink Panthers a great start to the second half. But right away, the Bengal Warriorz rallied with a Super Tackle, taking two points and closing the deficit to 10–13.

Over the course of the following few minutes, both sides continued to trade scores while displaying incredible mat intensity. The Panthers remained in charge and held their lead in spite of the Warriorz’s attempts to get closer. By the end of the first half, the Jaipur Pink Panthers had a 15–17 lead.

Nitin Rawal scored another point for the Panthers with an incredible tackle to start the second half in a similar manner. The game continued to be fierce as both teams traded points over the following several minutes.

After that, the Panthers delivered a devastating blow by forcing an All Out, increasing their lead to 19-27. During this dominant phase, Nitin Kumar continued to play well, finishing with his Super 10.

The Jaipur Pink Panthers appeared to be in complete control and had an eight-point lead by the time the second half’s Strategic Time Out was called.

Both sides continued to trade points when play restarted, but the Jaipur Pink Panthers maintained tight control of the game. The Panthers were then in a dominant position after Nitin Kumar’s outstanding Super Raid increased their lead to 11 points.

The Jaipur Pink Panthers continued to dominate on both ends of the mat, and the Bengal Warriorz found it difficult to rally. Through effective raids and good defense, the Panthers continued to score points, giving the Warriorz no chance to rally and ultimately defeating them.
