Dabang Delhi K.C. secured their sixth consecutive victory over the Telugu Titans, continuing their incredible run in the PKL Season 12 at SMS Indoor Stadium in Jaipur on Wednesday. After falling behind by five points in the first half, Neeraj Narwal took the lead with nine points, helped along by Fazel Atrachali and Saurabh Nandal’s High Fives.

Vijay Malik’s brilliant raid gave the Telugu Titans an early lead and opened the scoring. They soon increased their lead as Shubham Shinde made a strong tackle to make it 2-0. With Bharat grabbing a raid point and then sending Ashu Malik to the bench with a powerful tackle, the Titans continued to dominate and increased their lead to 4-0.

Surjeet Singh’s timely tackle during a do-or-die raid gave Dabang Delhi its first run of the game. A successful raid from Manjeet shortly after reduced the score to 5-2. The score was cut to 5-3, though, when Neeraj Narwal saved the Dabang Delhi captain and grabbed a point for his team.

Dabang Delhi had a difficult start, but they eventually settled into a rhythm and reduced the gap, and by the time the first time-out was called in the first half, the score was 5-4.

With a great start to the game, the Telugu Titans extended their lead with a few quick points. With just over six minutes remaining in the first half, they increased their lead to 8–4 thanks to their defense, which once again stopped Ashu Malik and sent him to the bench.

Throughout the rest of the half, the Titans’ defense remained strong and continuously stopped Dabang Delhi’s raiders. They led 14–9 at halftime and were well in control of the game thanks to their strong all-around performance.

Neeraj Narwal’s outstanding Super Raid, which gave Dabang Delhi three points and reduced the lead to 14–15, was the catalyst for their stunning second-half comeback.

But the Telugu Titans swiftly regained control and increased their advantage to 19–14 with a skillfully executed Super Tackle. With just more than 13 minutes remaining in the game, Dabang Delhi made a huge turning point by causing an ALL OUT, which gave them the lead for the first time at 20-19. They increased their lead to 21-19 by building on this momentum with a strong tackle.

Fazel Atrachali is at the forefront of the defense. The team increased their lead to 27–22 in the first four minutes of the half thanks to a number of deft tackles and a well-deserved High Five from him.

For the majority of the second half, Dabang Delhi seemed to be in total control, but Telugu Titans persisted and were able to reduce the deficit to three points in the last three minutes of play. Delhi, however, maintained control of the game thanks to their all-around effort.

The Titans continued to fight after Praful Zaware’s successful raid raised the score to 28-30 after Shubham Shinde made a vital tackle to make it 27-30. There were barely two points separating the two teams with just over 40 seconds remaining.

However, Akshit came through for Dabang Delhi with a commanding Super Raid that increased their lead to 33-28 and essentially ended the match. The season 8 victors prevailed 33-29 despite the Titans managing to gain one more point.
